CT Group signs strategic pact with Asia’s top-12 university to accelerate tech education and talent development

On November 25, 2025, CT Group and the University of Malaya (UM) – Malaysia’s Top-1 public university and a Top-12 institution in Asia signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the 2025–2028 period, marking a new chapter in educational and research collaboration. The agreement establishes a comprehensive framework for cooperation in training, scientific research, talent development, and innovation, representing a significant milestone in CT Group’s efforts to advance education, technology, and high-quality human resources across the ASEAN region.

Under the MoU, both sides will jointly develop advanced interdisciplinary training programs, short courses, and professional certifications tailored to CT Group’s needs; collaborate on scientific research; co-organize national and international academic conferences; and cultivate high-quality talent. The partnership will also create opportunities for students to access real-world industry environments through internships and experiential programs. CT Group will provide funding for selected training initiatives, enable student and faculty engagement at its business units, support research activities, and implement specialized career-oriented programs.

This strategic signing not only strengthens CT Group’s position in education and technology but also builds a vital knowledge bridge between Vietnam and Malaysia. It contributes to enhancing future human capital, accelerating innovation, and increasing regional competitiveness in the era of global digital transformation.
